Use of Our Website Please read the following Terms and Conditions, which relate to information regarding general use and the terms and conditions relating to usage and access to the FinSwitch Application. By using our secure site, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions whether as a registered user or subscriber. By using our site you are indicating you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. From time to time we may change these Terms and Conditions, and will post revisions on this website. We recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions prior to using our site and thereafter regularly review any changes. 2. Privacy Use of the data that you provide us, or which is collected by us on our website, is governed by our privacy policy stated below. By using our site you consent to such processing. 3. Access to the FinSwitch Secure Application Website We will endeavour to ensure that website availability is uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, we cannot guarantee that your access will not be suspended or restricted from time to time, allowing for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will limit the frequency and duration of any suspension or restriction. 4. Login Id’s and Passwords. If you have registered or subscribed to use, any user identification code or password is personal and non-transferable and must be kept confidential and used only by you (unless agreed in writing with FinSwitch) for the specified term of your subscription or registration period (which may be terminated at the discretion of FinSwitch). We have the right to suspend a user account should this requirement be breached. FinSwitch System Password Policy is reflected as: *Password expires after 56 days *Minimum password length is 8 characters *Lock account after 3 consecutive login attempts *Lock account after 100 consecutive days of inactivity *New password must be different to the previous 13 passwords *Password must be alphanumeric (include numbers and letters) *Password reset is allowed (user can reset and change their own password with a OTP (one-time pin) sent to their email address) 5. Property Rights The content, layout, design, data, databases, logo’s and graphics on this website are protected by South African and other international intellectual property laws and are owned by FinSwitch. You may not create any derivative work or make any other adaptation, without our prior written consent. You must not modify any of the copies you have displayed on screen in any way and you may not use any illustrations, photographs, videos or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Any permitted use of our material above is subject to ensuring that our copyright notices and trademarks appear as they do on our website. If you use any material from our website in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you will be required to return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made in breach. 6. Acceptance of Use I have read, understood and agree to comply with the foregoing policies, rules and conditions governing the use of the FinSwitch application and service. I understand that I have no expectations of privacy in my organisation, when I use any of the functionality & service FinSwitch provide. I am aware that violation of this guidelines or inappropriate use of the FinSwitch Service may subject me to disciplinary action (according to my Companies internal security policy), legal action and criminal liability. I further understand that my use of the FinSwitch Service may reflect on the image of FinSwitch (Pty) Ltd, to my customers, competitors and suppliers and that I have a responsibility to maintain a positive representation of the service provider.
